PhonePros & Repairs provides expert mobile device repair services, including screen replacements, battery swaps, charging port repairs, back glass repairs, and advanced motherboard-level diagnostics and repair.

All repairs are performed using high-quality parts sourced from trusted suppliers.

We offer three part tiers:

• OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer): Factory-grade quality – 90-day limited warranty 
• Premium Parts: Near-OEM quality – 90-day limited warranty 
• Standard Parts: Budget-friendly option – 60-day limited warranty 

PhonePros & Repairs is not responsible for any data loss, software issues, or program malfunctions that may occur during or after repair services.

Customers are strongly advised to back up all data prior to service.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues already present in the device prior to repair.

Providing your device passcode is recommended to allow proper testing before and after repair.

If any changes to the original quote are required, or if no prior quote was provided, the customer will be contacted for approval before any additional work is performed.

In some cases, cellular signal performance may be affected after back glass repair due to pre-existing internal damage, frame distortion, or prior impact.

PhonePros & Repairs is not responsible for signal-related issues that may occur following such repairs.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If payment is not received within 60 days of the invoice date, the device will be considered abandoned. PhonePros & Repairs reserves the right to recycle, sell, or use parts from the device to recover costs.

Any device left at PhonePros & Repairs for more than 60 days without payment, pickup, or prior arrangement will be considered abandoned property.

Abandoned devices become the property of PhonePros & Repairs LLC and may be sold, recycled, or used for parts to recover service and storage costs.

• OEM and Premium parts include a 90 day liimited warranty 
• Standard parts include a 30-day limited warranty 

Warranty is void if damage occurs due to:

• Liquid damage 
• New physical damage after service 
• Unauthorized tampering or third-party repairs 

Mobile repair services are available by appointment.

A travel fee of $10–$15 applies depending on distance from our location. In some cases, additional fees may apply based on travel area or availability.

This fee is separate from repair costs.

Any personal information provided is used strictly for repair and service purposes only. We do not sell, share, or distribute customer data.

By scheduling service, leaving a device, or using any repair services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this legal notice page, including payment terms, warranty conditions, liability limitations, and abandonment policy.
