Disclaimer

PhonePros & Repairs provides expert mobile device repair services, including screen replacements,

battery swaps, charging port repairs, and advanced motherboard-level work. All services are

completed using high-quality parts from trusted suppliers.

We offer three part tiers:

- OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) - Factory-grade quality, lifetime warranty

- Premium Parts - Near-OEM quality, lifetime warranty

- Standard Parts - Budget-friendly option, 60-day limited warranty

Liability & Data Loss

PhonePros & Repairs is not liable for any data loss, software issues, or program loss that may occur

during or after the repair process. We always recommend backing up your device prior to service.

We are not responsible for any pre-existing issues or damage, and we strongly encourage you to

provide your device passcode so we can properly test the device before and after repair.

If there are any changes to your original quote, or if a quote was not provided in advance, you will

be contacted for approval before we proceed.

Signal Loss After Back Glass Repair

In certain cases, cell signal may weaken after back glass repair due to internal board misalignment

caused by prior drops or frame damage. PhonePros & Repairs is not responsible for any resulting

signal issues following such repairs.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of repair unless agreed otherwise in writing.

If payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, it will be considered that the customer

has forfeited ownership of the device. PhonePros & Repairs reserves the right to recycle or resell

the device to recover repair costs.

Warranty Policy

- OEM and Premium parts include a lifetime warranty.

- Standard parts come with a 60-day limited warranty.

Warranty is void under the following conditions:

- Liquid damage

- New physical damage (e.g., cracked screen, broken housing)

- Tampering or third-party repairs after service

Mobile Repair & Travel Fee

Mobile repair is available by appointment. A travel fee of $10-$15 applies depending on your

distance from our location. In some cases, the fee may exceed $15 based on area or availability.

This is in addition to the repair cost.

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal data you provide during service will be used strictly to

complete your repair. We never sell, share, or distribute your information.

Agreement to Terms

By scheduling service or using our repair offerings, you acknowledge and accept all terms outlined

in this legal notice, including warranty, liability, payment, and mobile service policies.
